Plan marketing strategies

  • Set the organization's marketing direction and plan both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Establish strategies to find new customer groups to increase sales channels and achieve the organization's performance goals.

Plan product development strategies

  • Plan and analyze product promotion strategies to meet market and target group needs.
  • Plan marketing to promote the sales of that product.

Plan marketing communication strategies

  • Set short-term and long-term marketing communication strategies. Select advertising and public relations media that are effective and relevant to the target group.
  • Control marketing communication operations to be in accordance with the specified plans.

Overview General Management

  • Oversee the overall work of the marketing department to ensure that it can proceed smoothly and in line with the goals.
  • Manage human resources to be able to perform tasks and develop work potential.
  • Others as assigned

Applicant Qualifications

  • Male/Female, age 30 years and above
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing or hospital work.
  • Able to use computer programs such as Ms. Office very well.
  • Have a good personality, good interpersonal skills, and high level of honesty.
  • Can speak, read and write English.
